K2 herbal incense became widely known during the late 2000s as a product marketed as incense or potpourri but often associated with synthetic cannabinoids. These products were commonly sold in colorful packaging under names such as K2, Spice, Scooby Snax, Black Mamba, and many others. Although marketed as “herbal incense,” many of these product
